Q1: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: The cost of standard shipping and returns for your items is included in your monthly membership fee.
If you'd like to get your item faster, select one of our expedited shipping options during checkout. We offer expedited options for an added fee, which is charged to your card on file.
Q2: How do I know if the items I’m borrowing are authentic?
Answer: Authenticity is of utmost importance to Beyond Casual. Every item we offer is authenticated by the Beyond Casual team or third-party experts.
Q3: I don't want to wear the same earrings for 1-month, can I swap the item I'm currently borrowing for a new one before the expiry date?
Answer: We're sorry that we don't allow swapping to a new piece during the renting period. You can always order the 2-week plan if you'd like to explore more styles within a month.
Q4: Do I get a discount or refund if I return my borrowing earlier?
Answer: No, all jewelleries are rented at fixed price and non-refundable.
Q5: Do I get a penalty if I forget to return the jewellery?
Answer: Yes, late return charge will be imposed per day basis, calculate based on a charge of SGD 4 per day. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Q6: What happened if I lost the jewellery?
Answer: We believe all our customers will take good care of our jewelleries. However, we understand that accidents do happens. We keep track of a recovery listing for all our jewelleries in case if such incident happens. The recovery cost for the lost items are equivalent to 65% to 75% of the jewelleries. You may refer to Return Policy > Lost Items for more details.
Q7: How do I return the jewellery?
Answer: We prepared an envelope with our company's address. You may put the jewellery into the envelope and arrange "Drop-off" at over 700 Points in Singapore. Please refer to the Return Policy for more details.
